a family traditionOUR STORYFor forty-four years, we have been producing high-quality food on our family farm in the rural county of Nottoway, Virginia. Due to an inadequate selection of beef in grocery stores, we recently decided to venture into farm-to-table beef. Every Sunday evening, we gather as a family to enjoy a steak dinner as a family tradition. Since experiencing the tenderness and flavor of our Wagyu/Angus steaks; we would never want to go back to average. The Wagyu/Angus-cross beef is an experience like no other, and we want to share this delicacy. As a family, we are extremely excited to offer Wagyu/Angus-cross freezer beef.

What isWagyu beefWagyu beef is regarded as a delicacy in Japan due to its one-of-a-kind marbling and delicious taste. Wagyu has three times the amount of mono-unsaturated fatty acids compared to other beef breeds. The higher unsaturated fat and Oleic acid is responsible for the rich flavor and also helps lower bad LDL cholesterol.
