Our Ordering Process
We keep our ordering process on a very personal level. Select from a quarter, half, and whole beef share below (See quarters, halves, and whole sections below for more information). You do not need to partner up with anyone, as we take care of matching quarters and halves up. We provide you with a cut sheet. You may pick your steaks, roasts, ribs, and brisket. You're also able to select options relating to packaging and steak thickness. We've included some helpful information regarding the beef shares.
- Regardless if you purchase a quarter, half, or whole beef, you pay by the hanging weight. This price does not include processing fees, however, you do not have to go to the processor to pick up your order.
- Keep in mind that you are purchasing a a portion of a whole when you purchase a beef share. We do not offer front or back quarters; it's simply a percentage of the available beef.
- Regardless of the size of your order, you can expect that your purchase of meat will be approximately 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, and 20% steaks, and a cut sheet is available for you to select cuts you're interested in.
- All meat is vacuume-sealed and frozen at pickup.
